soreness always feels like progress, gotta love it
Had a great workout tonight, fueled properly, worked past my tiredness and tried a couple of new exercises, tate press and bent-over side lat on cable. I’m feeling a little numb so I know it was good and I may be a little sore tomorrow, which is good, I haven’t really been sore lately even when I have pushed passed my limit. I like the soreness it feels like progress. I’ll get my cardio again tomorrow on the bike, maybe real early. Peace to the masses, C

Soreness always DOES feel like progress! I used to take a lot of BCAA’s, which really prevented the sore feelings! It was nice but made me feel like I was never pushing myself hard enough. But since I’ve been back, I have been without the BCAA’s, and though my workouts are probably a little scaled back, I am super super sore. LOL. But you’re right - it’s PROGRESS!!!
Keep pushing yourself, let us hear how you beat down your cardio on your bike!! How much cardio are you doing, by the way??
