not enough
There never seems to be enough of anything. 3 days a week workouts, not enough, but given my life it is difficult to fit in more, so I found an awesome weight bench squat rack w/cables set up at a garage sale for 50 bucks (no weights) and am going to buy weights for it. I cleaned out my garage and put it in. I can use it on the days between the gym(and I might be more willing to try some exercises that I am not good at in the privacy of my own garage). Next issue, eating enough. I am having a terrible time getting in enough food and calories, I’m working on it but it is very hard. You are talking to a person who sometimes would get so busy in a day that come bedtime I would realize I had not eaten at all that day, especially summertime in Texas, hot and humid does not help the appetite. It’s all coming along, but nothing ever seems to be enough. I will do this. I will gain weight, I will build muscle. There I said it. Now I gotta go eat. Peace, C

eat be heathy be happy you also need to give your mussles time to relax and rebuild after working them out it takes 48 hours for your mussles to fix the tairs that you couse when you work out so if you do do a 5 day work out make sure your not working the same thing 2 days in a row. also lots of protien and carbs. if you want i’ve been working on a shake that i found and modified to what I wanted (or needed) sounds little off but if you want i could give it to you (don’t taste bad) i hit the gym 2.5-3 hours mon wed fri and on tues thurs sat was relaxing now doing 1 hour cardio got to burn the weight for hawaii. working so far lost 8 pounds in 4 days. "pushing to you limit every day you can" people wont push you around if your pushing your self!

Thanks, yeah I’de love the recipe. Yeah, I need to develope a routine for like, back and chest day etc. still trying to work all that out. Great progress, keep it up. Thanks

went and saw some friends yesterday and they looked at me and said wow what have you been doing you look twice as wide and your gut aint hangin out over your shorts. I looked at them said eatting 6 times a day and going to the gym as offten as i can …side note: down to 212 lbs on my diet that means on this diet I’ve lost 14 lbs in 18 days and still feeling great
watching the cals and eating as much protien and carbs as I can can wait to check my body fat monday before I go. so hard not to cheat. almost broke down yesterday on my no eat and went to applebees but had some weatpasta and sause about 300 cal just to fight of the hunger. but back to the shakes now have you tried any yet?
