Pushed it, Did it, Proud of it
Ok so. I felt like total poop after work today. But I promised that I would make up for missing last nights work out so I DID> I surprised myself. After getting very little sleep, working (physical labor) for 9 hours, had a head ache and FORCED myself to the gym, I had the best work out yet. Meant to stay an hour, stayed 2 without realizing it. Set a new personal best on leg press 190 (not counting the cradle). Generally busted BUTT (literally) SOOOOOOOOOOO, anyway, I’m LOVING this. It seems to be all I can think about these days, topping my last thing. OH YEAH, feels good, LIIIIiKe it. Gotta go enter my workout. Peace, C

Way to go! My best workouts are typically when I have forced myself there and don’t really want to lift. WTG on the leg press! Whoo Hoo!!

Thanks GJ, I appreciate it. Yeah, this is like energy in a barbell, afterward I can’t sleep for hours either, like now, lol, been up since 5 gotta get back up at 5 but feel to hyper to lay down, wish I had time to do my work outs in the a.m.
