I feel pretty good about things today, i felt like h**l after work today but managed to go to the gym anyway. My arms have awakened quickly, wish my glutes and quads would WAKE UP!!!!!!!

Isn’t it funny how you can feel like crap and literally have to drag yourself to the gym, but 9 times out of 10, once your there it’s all good
Judging from your picture, it certainly looks like you’ve awakened your biceps! Nice work.

At the end of the day, I would propose that there is no better way to mediate a hellish day on the job than to blast any muscle group at the gym…..Ultimately, working the body is many times the best path to mental Zion….

That is so true. I keep pushing myself everyday after work to do at least SOMETHING. this web site and all of y’alls support has Been SO helpful. Thank you.
