I was all excited because I had gained 2 lbs of my 10 lb goal last week and today I LOST THEM!!! I am right back to weighing the same as when I started. That BITES!!!!

I’m no nutritionist, but the body does love its stability. Keep working and you will gain the muscle and achieve your goals.
