a goal i reached…

so as some of you know my workouts are completely new to everyone who sees me in the gym.  I make up every lift i do and am always looking for new ways to workout certain parts of my body.  Earlier in the week i had heard of someone who used to go to my gym that could stand on top of an ab ball and do squats.  After hearing that within 10 minutes i had different weights in dumbbells next to me and i jumped right up on top of the ab ball and held my balance for some time.  Instantly tightening my abs and my hamstrings for what i consider the best ab/leg workout to date.  So after a few times of jumping on the ball and holding my balance i finally asked someone in the gym to hand me 40lb dumbbells and, i was going to one up the guy who did squats, and i held my balance for a sec then rolled off.  so on my second attempt i decided to hang the dumbbells from a pull up bar so i could have them above my head when i was ready.  so i grabbed the dumbbells and did 8 shoulder presses.  people started coming up to me speaking of their shock of seeing that.  so me thinking go big or go home decided its time to get serious.  So… i grabbed 70lb dumbbells jumped up on the ball and repped 7 times before falling off the ball.  i will post a video when i can go bigger and do more steady reps bc if you try it you will notice your legs just constantly vibrating.  if you think you can in the gym then guess what you can.  if you think you cant then you fail.
