Todays Workout
Ok I seem to be hitting a peak, Im a social worker by day (sitting), Personal Trainer by night (walking), I maintain my lifting, but with no one to work out with a lot of times I find myself not being able to lift as heavy as I want too. My supplements have gotten me as big as they can I think. Im 6′3 230, pretty big for a tall guy, but this peak, I need to get through it, any suggestions, legal ones at that….?
