HOLY GEESE, I cant walk!
Just did legs today. I only wanted to throw up a couple times and maybe almost pass out once or twice, but hey I’m still alive. Did 5 minutes on the step mill as a warm up, then did 4 sets of 10 on each of the following: prone hamstring curls to get the hammies goin. Then went to walking heavy lunges (no number just down and back in an aisle) superset with DB romanian deadlifts (tip: put your toes on 5lb plates to get a better stretch in the hamstring), fyi that combo sucks!! next did close footed leg press superset with DB squats. After that, over to knee extensions; then seated calf raises then calf presses.
tomorrow’s gonna be fun!! hope everyone has a great workout!
