Didn’t have alot of time today, so I did this quick but effective workout.
Did this circuit 2x through:
Pullups x10
Deadlifts x10
Push-ups x10
Bench jumps x10
Single-arm kettlebell clean and press x10 each arm
Pull-ups x10
