Wow what a day!
I woke this morning feeling like crap. I did it to myself, I stayed up too late watching my favorite football team get killed. During the course of the game I was bad and ate pizza and drank some beers. So I drug myself out of bed this morning, my body yelling at me for abusing it.
I decided to sweat out the toxins, I always feel better after a workout. So this is what I did:
4 nonstop rounds of this circuit. 10 reps of each exercise.
1. kettlebell curl to press
2. kettlebell swings
3. pushups
4. modified pullups
5. lunges
6. crunches
7. reverse crunches
I definitely sweated out some toxins with this workout. With drinking a ton of water, I started to feel better though still tired. As I started feeling better, the course of the day also changed (though not for the better).
The remains of hurricane Ike hit Ohio today. Has been a very windy day with gusts up to 60mph. Alot of the area is without electricity, not good when alot of our electrical workers are down in Texas helping out. Luckly I still have electric, unfortunately the wind took out some trees. One top of a tree fell and speared my garage roof, another fell on the propane tank for the house. Had to use a tractor to lift the tree off the tank, luckly no damage to it. Guess I will be spending some time doing roofing work this week.
Anyway just happy things wer.en’t worse, I could be without a house. Overall we were lucky. Hope you all are having a better weekend
