Legs O’ Rubber
Tuesday, July 29th, 2008WOW, my legs are trashed!!
I had a great leg workout on Sunday. So much so that my legs were still tight and sore yesterday. You think this would have clued me in to rest my legs. But no, stupid me thought it would be fun to get some exercise and take a bike ride with some friends. All being competitive, we ended up going 15 miles as fast as we could. My legs were on fire! I was walking around like a bow legged cowboy last night
Well things are better today, but it will be a few days till my legs are back to normal. O’crap I just remembered that I agreed to go on another ride Wednesday night, god help me!
Here was my leg workout:
Squat curls (perform a squat holding bar at waist, when you come up do a bicep curl)
3×15
Walking Lunges
30 ft X 4
Lateral Lunges
2X20
Physioball hamstring curls
3X10
Well I guess that I will go do a upper body workout to take my mind off my legs
