Just ran my first 5K race in almost 4 years, and did it in 22:07. Pretty stoked about it seeing how the course was super hilly and between running the hills, dodging moose and homeless people, HAPPY WITH MY TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ended up order some MHP DREN on a friends suggestion and did a cycle on it and was not impressed. It lacked the eurphoric feeling it was suppose to give along with the great rush. However, I wont completely bash it because it takes a good stimulant to get me going. Anyone, have some ideas of a different supp to take. I use to take hydroxycut hardcore and had good luck with that, but it’s off the market so looking at finding a different source.

HIIT with a incline…..killer workout, but feels awesome.
5 min warmup on 10% incline
Then lower down to 6-7% incline, however I am feeling for the day, but I like to make it harder everytime, so that it’s never the same and I always progress.
1 min at 4mph
1 min at 10 mph
Then repeat for 20 mins.
Then 5 min cool down on 10% incline.
I’m Lovin it!!!!!!!!!

Alaska is an awesome place, but right now it sucks….Volcano erupted again and winds directed all the ash onto town here….my paint job gets messed up or my car in general I’m gonna be pissed.

On Tuesday I am going to shoot for and try the Palumbo Diet. Just working on finalizing that things to make it a successful diet and what will work for me. So far I have it like this:
Meal1: 6 whole eggs (omega 3)
Meal2: Shake (low carb) 50g protein
Meal3: Chicken with 1/3 cup of almonds
Meal4: Shake " "
Meal5: 8 oz. Salmon with a green salad
Meal6: Shake " "
The Macros of the diet:
Calories: 2,138
Fat: 90
Carbs: 12.3
Protein: 316
60% protein, 37% fat, 3% carbs
These are all based of the guidlines that are provided for the diet.
Ready for the mindgame that is about to start once I start the diet. I hear that to many people start it, but never end up doing it prolonged because its to hard. Well guess what I’m not gonna let this S*** stop me from getting where I want to be. I’m going to overcome the obsticle and progress in this transformation.

It’s my b-day tomorrow so everyone is having me go out tonight. I haven’t touched alcohol in about 3 months so this should be interesting. My tolerance has probably gone out the door. Then tomorrow going snowboarding at Alyeska Resort here in Alaska. My favorite place other than the gym, these days. Well wish me luck in not getting to trashed. We all know how it can be on b-days.
