slowinit down
The past few weeks have been really slowed down for me. Progress has seemed to come to a halt…at least visual progress. Of course I’ve trained overall a lil’ less for the past few weeks…I was making decent gains while going to the gym 5 days a week or more - each week I’de work each major muscle group twice….one would be heavy and intense, the other a "light" day. Since I cut down to 3-4 days a week I’m only working a body part once a week…I don’t expect any decent gains from that at all unless I get juiced up somethin’…which I don’t plan on doing. So,……in order to maintain the muscle I’ve got so far I’m gonna keep going at least 3-4 days a week and rotate my workouts….Of course my progress will be slow, I imagine, but it should be consistent.
