			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So today my friend and I worked out Bi&#8217;s and Tri&#8217;s.&nbsp; This workout gets you crazy pumped&#8230;and if it doesn&#8217;t&#8230;then you probably have a blood deficiency and should go to the hospital!&nbsp; ok so this is a superset program, you do a bi exercise, followed immediately by a tricep exercise, thats one set. do 2 sets light weight, and then two sets heavy weight. rest periods should be about 45 seconds.&nbsp; ok so here is the exercise order that we used today.</p>
<p>standing DB curls with a twist &#8211;> cable pressdowns<br />
&nbsp;&nbsp; 2 sets x 25-30 reps<br />
&nbsp;&nbsp; 2 sets x 8-10 reps</p>
<p>DB hammer curls &#8211;> standing overhead tricep extensions w/e-z curl bar<br />
&nbsp;&nbsp; 2 sets x 25-30 reps<br />
&nbsp;&nbsp; 2 sets x 8-10 reps</p>
<p>high cable concentration curls &#8211;> cable rope press down<br />
&nbsp;&nbsp; 2 sets x 25-30 reps<br />
&nbsp;&nbsp; 2 sets x 8-10 reps

Now for that 3 plate bench that has been so elusive!!!
