Bomb workout! try it!!!
So today my friend and I worked out Bi’s and Tri’s. This workout gets you crazy pumped…and if it doesn’t…then you probably have a blood deficiency and should go to the hospital! ok so this is a superset program, you do a bi exercise, followed immediately by a tricep exercise, thats one set. do 2 sets light weight, and then two sets heavy weight. rest periods should be about 45 seconds. ok so here is the exercise order that we used today.
standing DB curls with a twist –> cable pressdowns
2 sets x 25-30 reps
2 sets x 8-10 reps
DB hammer curls –> standing overhead tricep extensions w/e-z curl bar
2 sets x 25-30 reps
2 sets x 8-10 reps
high cable concentration curls –> cable rope press down
2 sets x 25-30 reps
2 sets x 8-10 reps
