			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I visited a gym yesterday, wanting to look around &amp; possibly join, in my city &amp; near my house. Very convenient. It was slammed with people but that was fine. The problem was I had to wait for help, never mind the six people behind the desk. As me &amp; my helper were walking around the gym people were looking at me like I had a disease. We stopped at least five times so my helper could talk to his &#8216;buds&#8217;. So I walked around by myself. Went to the locker room, bike room, theater room, the place is awesome but the atmosphere sucks. People were waiting to use the equipment and some were &#8216;out of service&#8217;. I know that happens sometimes, but good lord all I want to do is get a good work out, maybe tan &amp; go home. Maybe some other time. I will stick to my little gym at the house.

No change in sets or reps &#38; they dont feel like I pulled something&#8230;.they just freakin&#8217; hurt. I guess its what they say&#8230;.NO PAIN NO GAIN (we will see!!!)
