The workouts have been great lately. I have been focused on stretching and feeling a major difference with my exercises. The hardest part is trying something new and then realize that my body isn’t limber in a lot of areas.

I haven’t been here for about 6 months. Kinda fell into an insecure feeling about things but now I feel better and more motivated than ever. My workouts are great; weights 5 days a week plus a 20 minute cardio. My blood pressure is at great level and my cholesterol is getting lower. No complaints just positive waves.
