my dad got orders to move to ky and iv descided to stay w/ a friend here in tn to finish out my senior year and for other reasons. i need help with wat i should do concerning workin out and diet. i kno my friend s gonna have limited health food, so i guessin ill have to eat watever he has. as for workin out he has no equipment and i think ima try to take my pullup/dip bar w/ me but thats all ill have. any advise on how to maintain my physique throught this move lol?

what do yall think of mike mentzers Hit and heavy duty training. iv personally used a system similar to the ideal routine and gained around 20lbs in 6 months roughly. ima firm believer in it, i resently finished a more volume oriented routine that consisted of more sets but still heavy weight, but with little to barly any results. im now doin a personalized version of mike mentzers consolidated routine. also known as the athletes routine if i remember correctly. let me know wat yall think, or if uv tried his ideas and ur results with them. i am very curious to know.

i LIKE TO EAT SUSHI EVER NOW AND THEN AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF IT IS HEALTHY TO EAT. IF POSSIBLE PLZ POST THE NUTRITION FACTS OF SUSHI. (THE SUSHI I EAT ARE THE ONES THAT ARE ABOUT 2in LONG AND HAVE RAW FISH ON TOP AND WHITE RICE ON BOTTOM)
