My body is feeling "ggggood". I think I can feel myself losing weight at times; or fat. My shoulders are looking really nice. My arms are getting defined with muscle. This is what I’m working for. Fat is being burned off "everywhere". It’s like it is coming off in sheets. The pudge on my arms, legs, all over is coming off. And I’m so glad. I have been at this for so long (not this program; others, you know the deal). Alot of hard work.
What I call cheat food is: different nuts I put a little banana, nuts and milk in my pm protein shake (soothing) and call that cheatin. Those protein bars are great for sugar cravings. Love that.

not feeling as energetic about all this anymore. the dang scale won’t move downwards! my clothes all feel better but I want the weight off. loosing mometum….hope i snap out of this and move forward

Well the scale hasn’t moved but…I am headed in the right direction. The only thing I eat that might not be so hot is "mixed nuts". I pop ‘um when I need to. I will focus on this a little more so I can lose a pound by next week. My clothes fit better, I look better, I feel better too. My husband likes it; da.
What a difference a month and one week can make. This site has been so helpful for us.

It was "very" hard to do cardio Saturday and Sunday…(?) I believe it was due to yesterdays "leg" work-out. My leggs were killing me. :0

Wow! I can’t believe it. I am losing weight still. These past two weeks I lost a pound. I was hoping for 2-4lbs like the previous two weeks. Then I thought I would gain (isn’t that what always happened in the past). But I lost. I am really trying. I want this .
