Well, I feel I will be cutting hardcore for the next 18 weeks and then taking it easy,

 I have been taking antibiotics called "erythromycin" It makes me feel sick all day. Nasty Stuff

 Down to 262Lbs Hoping to reach mid 220’s in 18 weeks, Will update a lot more often!
