February 14, 2007I finally started lifting again in January after quiting for a 2 months. I just didn’t have time. But me and my girlfriend broke up, and I got a new job. Now I’m back. I was about 170 when I stopped lifting, which isn’t anywhere high enough, and when I weighed myself on my first day back at the gym, I was down to 150. Shit! I’m getting my weight back up though, and I’m leaner at the same weigh than I was before.
