My ligaments were killin me in my forearms for the past week or two. So, I decided to change my routine this week. Hopefully it will help me to keep training. So far it seems good. The motivation is still improving again this week!!! The power of focus is crazy people, USE IT EVERYDAY!!!!!!

I took two scoops of protien today before my workout. I actually felt pretty good through out the whole session. I think I’ll be doing that from now on.

This week has been terrible in regards to staying focused and motivated. I’ve been letting small things in my life redirect my focus and lower my motivation. Well,,, garbage. This is nuts. Stay focused and follow through with the decisions that I’ve made. HOly CRap. Still motivated. Just make the decision and do it.!!!

I swear, the more I go to the gym, the more I see the positive aspects of planning and creating habbits spill over into other areas of my life and I am loving it! Seriously, the gym is mainly to train the brain in every aspect of life. Self control, planning your work, working your plan, focus, dedication, ability to motivate yourself, organization and many more ideas. I love it damn it!
