i would say yes to this, firstly it contains sodium so that is going to riase the pressure. The creatine pushes more water into the cells so more fluids would be in the body, which intern would increase pressure. I started taking creatine a couple weeks ago i my pressure was up about 10 points..

I think the label warns against people with high blood pressure or blood pressure problems - so if you do, I'd be cautious.

sacrifice is a hard thing to do. Going out of your comfort zone in anything and willing to vision success.

But I mostly try to see myself rather than looking at other. It doesnt matter if a person uses steriods or crack to get super strength and body of steel. But it most important for me to do that without breaking my principles

I agree completely. Simply from people I work with and see all the time, I get accused of such things because I stay dedicated at the gym. I worked hard this deployment and had some serious gains during the few months I have been here. And what is the first question I am asked? "what are you on?" "Juicing up huh?" and limitless others. I appreciate knowing that my gains are showing and that people are noticing. But That should not be a jump to roids. I put the time in at the gym like everyone else and eat healthy... relatively. I just wish I would get asked "Man, what workouts you doing?" not what I'm taking because even the best supp in the world won't work until you put time in at the gym.
