hey everyone been a long time, ive had alot to deal with wid school so i havent been working out lost a bit in some places but gained in others well im jsut about done with my exams now soim looking to start again im gonna take some new progress pics and put them up soon see any difference

i want to buy some supplements so badley but i want to stay natural becouse natural bodynuilders look better to me becouse i think they fool people when they have there top on then when they flex and have there shirt off they looked really ripped but i want to buy some supps becouse they speed things up plus its hard for me to eat all the right foods to gain weights so i want to get weight gainer

IM REALLY DETERMIINED TO JOIN THE GYM I THINK TOMMOROW I WILL JOIN CUZ IM SICK OF NOT MAKING PROGRESS AND BEING THE WAY I WOULD LIKE SO IM GONNA JOIN THE ONLY THING THATSTOPED ME FROM JOINING BEFORE WAS THAT THE GYM FOR MY AGE WAS ONLY 2 DAYS A WEEK FOR 1:30 MINS BUT NOW MY SCHOOL TIMES HAVE CHANGED I CAN TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF THAT

does anyone know if york brand supplements are any good becouse i was gonnna buy some and there quite expensive so i dont want to waste my money i was thinking of buying -york fitness whey - york fitness weight gainer - and york fitness recovery supplements and i was also thinking about buying york fitness pure creatine but im not sure if i need it
also has anyone tried these products if yes or you know if there good or bad it would be much appreiciated if you replyed

even tho i may not like my veggies i do love fruit and i eat it everyday and drink frswh orange juice which i love that or apple juice.
i eat oranges and apples the most and also bananas but my mum moans lol becouse i eat them to quickly but is eating fruit a good substitute for vegetables some 1 let me kno if i should still try to eat them

i find working on abs so boring so i hardly ever do situps and things but i kno it would be alot lesss boring if i was in a gym on a ab machine but i cant go so im stuck with these boring situps thats so hard to do properly which you would hardly be able to tell if you are lol but i do quite a few press ups to me there easier and less boring tho most people find them hard

i have problems going to bed early even tho i kno its essential for muscle growth and repair ive never been the person to go bed early and last night i didnt even go sleep
i need to get into some kind of routine.
