Tomorrow it all begins…
Well, tomorrow is the day I have decided to start getting into shape. At first I am going to take it a little easy and just do cardio for a week or so(which doesn’t mean I’m not going to lift- I probably will just for a beginning benchmark to get my one rep max, etc). For the most part though, I plan on doing cardio to get the fat loss kicking into high gear.
I plan on doing a 20-30 minute cardio in the morning and then another in the early evening. I’ve done that in the past with good results. Why not just a 60 minute cardio all at once ? I believe the cardio is more about the fat you burn after the workout rather than during the workout and so doing two shorter(intense) cardios 12 hours apart is more beneficial than doing a longer one.
I believe in listening to ones body and while I do have a plan for what I am doing, it is very much subject to change based on how I feel and how well I am progressing. Stay tuned…
