Okay for all ya’ll asking about my back! I always warm-up by doing wide-grip chinsk, alternating front and then back, which means up to my chest and then pulling to the back of my neck. I even warm up the shoulder joints when getting ready to pound delts this way…just pumps everything up really well.
Then heavy rows. I change my grip. Overhand one workout and then underhand the next. With overhand I usually go heaver and jerk the weight up like Ronnie does in his video and then try to let the weight down as slow as possible; letting it tear my lats really well.
Then on underhand grip, my next back day, I use lighter weight but I really focus on sticking out my chest and really contracting and crimping all my back muscles. I usually finish with dumbell rows super heavy as possible but no less the eight reps or I’ll do cable rows. If I do cable rows I’ll change up the close-grip attatchment or the wide grip one.
That’s about it. Traps I do two exercises and usually after shoulders. Heavy barbell shrugs…supa heavy..not super but supa so don’t be afraid to put some weight on the bar. And then incline shrugs with my chest on the pad and pulling up and back to hit my lower traps.. And if you don’t grow with that..you ain’t human. OKAAY that’s all folks.
