Getting Ready for Summer
Sunday, June 3rd, 2007Hey been working out rather hard over the past few months. Been biking and running, starting to the swim portion as well. I am starting to getr focused on the TRI mentality. But I have been doing just as much weights as possible.
Vacation is right around the corner. I am hitting the beach. What do you think??
