Hey been working out rather hard over the past few months. Been biking and running, starting to the swim portion as well. I am starting to getr focused on the TRI mentality. But I have been doing just as much weights as possible.
Vacation is right around the corner. I am hitting the beach. What do you think??

I am getting into the next few months of training for the tri. It’s working in the restaurant biz and trying to slim.that gets in the way..let me tell you. So I am gradually moving off of weights and going to cardio. Endurance of running, biking and swimming. Why the hell not, right? I am getting motivated to do the Ironman…
