hey guys, so i started to diet and workout a week ago.. didnt hit the weights that hard at first just once a week with a training buddy.. but since i want to loose weight focused on my diet and did spinning for 45 minutes, 4 times last week… spinning is great cause i do it on non lifting days and according to my polar i can burn from 750-850 in just 45 minutes… pretty happy with the end results, lost 4 pounds in just one week… i know this will slow down from now up, but i need to focus on eating those six meals a day (hard to plan) and gaining muscle once i loose the body fat…
