so i finally posted some pics for you guys to critique and shit.. as you can see i have seen some improvement since march, but still lots to go… today was a cardio day, i did 45 minutes of intense spinning class at the gym i burned 740 calories.

monday i did some lifting with my buddy since i am still trying to get in shape we did a little of everything mixed it up, 15 reps… so second week did spinning tuesday 45 minutes pretty strong class, lost around 750 calories… today wednesday just got back from lifting focused on back and chest… then jogged for 40 minutes at 35-45% effort so like 130-140.. i have lost one more pound at around 152.5, so hoping to get down even more and get that body fat down.

hey guys, so i started to diet and workout a week ago.. didnt hit the weights that hard at first just once a week with a training buddy.. but since i want to loose weight focused on my diet and did spinning for 45 minutes, 4 times last week… spinning is great cause i do it on non lifting days and according to my polar i can burn from 750-850 in just 45 minutes… pretty happy with the end results, lost 4 pounds in just one week… i know this will slow down from now up, but i need to focus on eating those six meals a day (hard to plan) and gaining muscle once i loose the body fat…
