I've had the same experience with my stress level. I am much better equipped to handle the tough times when I'm working out.

Nothing wrong with looking at yourself &amp; liking what you see, unless it becomes an obsession to crowds out time with family, etc. I agree that workouts are a GREAT form or stress relief. But there are certain forms of stress that I find it only going so far, and that's when my lifetime habit of stress eating becomes a battle.

Keep charging Tony. 5 yrs, 8 mths? Eating clean? Time for some progress pics........

I personally don't get worked up over H1N1. People get sick every yr from the flu, and people die each yr from the flu. I think the media &amp; gov't have created a lot of irrational fear. A relative handful of people have died from H1N1, just as in other yrs from the flu. It reminds me of the the panic several yrs back over SARS, bird flu, etc. A LOT more people die on the highway from drunk drivers every yr than from these illnesses.

Great workout Tony. You're right on about quality over quantity. Have a great day.

Nice job on the legs Tony. It does take a while to get over that less IS more, but when you're done...you're whipped. Keep on pushing!
