					<description>It tooks me a long time to understand just how important diet really was in this game.

Before I even started lifting, I made some important changes to my diet, just cutting out pizza and chips and candy and stuff, and saw good results.  Then I started training and made some good progress there too.  But not until August of last year, when I sat down and really came up with a regimented diet did things really fall into place for me.  It makes such a big difference.</description>
