wednesdays workout!
soooo in my previous post i had said that my week wasnt going as good as i liked….well last night was legs and it was great!….i really hit it hard hoping to get myself back in a good groove…today my legs are super sore i can barely walk…really feel it in my ass…must be all those deep squats
…and as for cardio i hit it hard too…i was only gonna do 30 min and i felt so good i kept going making total cardio time yesterday and hour and a half! i think what really helped is i made kinda my own energy bar yesterday and ate it right before my workout which gave me some much needed energy….it consisted of oats, cinnamon, a little splenda, and an egg white mix it till its kinda thick mold it into a cookie shape and bake it for 8 minutes and there ya go! and they’re pretty good!! so anyways real happy with the workout…my focus seems to be coming back this morning i got up at 4:15 so that i could get some intense cardio in rather than the little elliptical i’ve been riding at my house…i hit the gym at 4:30 and put in a good 45 minutes of instense cardio! and now i feel wayyyyy better and much more energized…cant wait to hit the shoulders tonight! i also got more sleep last night and not to mention its the end of the week HAYYYYY!
