Week 4…3 days in Richmond

Well I’ve been in Richmond the first half of this week. Worked out at the Gold’s gym on Broad St. early this morning..tommorrow is just cardio so I can do that in my hotel….so far so good on week 4. Starting to see some slimming in the face! :) Always like when you can actually start to see a little progress. One day here tommorrow, and will be back in the Burg tommorrow night….Hit Legs on Thursday! Work it Coco!

WEEK 3

Monday, January 21st, 2008

Week three is underway..and I’m feeling great. Had a great trip last week for work in Arizona..diet stayed on point as well as training. When meeting at a Restaurant I no longer look at the menu. :) . Works great! Down 4-5lbs in two weeks..aiming for a 1-2lb weight loss a week from here till I reach where I think my physique looks best..who knows where that might be…I have 28 weeks until the first show! Seems like a lot of time, but it will fly by…traveling with the tuna packets work great..but think I’m going to change to the wild salmon next time..think I probably had a years worth of mercury this past week! The tuna packets were so convenient!!

Will check back in a week to update progress..off from work today…me and the girls are getting together this afternoon to see a chick flick "27 dresses" looks good!

Week 2….on the road..Phoenix here I come

Well week 2 is underway in preparing for contest season 2008! After one week of cleaning things up I feel so much better! It’s amazing how much better you feel..that’s what makes waiting for the results to come on the outside! I’m currently waiting on my connection to my destination for this week…Phoenix. I’ve never been..but I am excited..hear I might even see some Road Runners and Tumbleweeds :) . Should be interesting. Diet’s on track so far today :) ..as I expect it to stay..checked a cooler. Had my protein muffin for my breakfast, and then a tuna packet w/almonds…next meal tuna packet, then whey protein shake..(easiest way to travel)….looking forward to checking out the resort gym!

Coco 2008…thoughts

So here we are..another year upon us! I am so excited. 2007 was the first year I had taken off from competing since I started. Even when I competed, and had short  off seasons I was able to grow and put on a little size…but now with an entire year off I’m excited to see what’s under this covered physique! I have genes that are good/bad…the good is I can add muscle on easier than some, but I also can add fat on pretty easily. So the journey begins on Monday January 7th..(for some reason mentally I need to start on a Monday)….but that will give me plenty of time. Keep Training Hard and stay healthy for 2008!
