I just got back from my evacuation. If had not been for my fiance, I would have stay put where I was. We went to Dallas and stayed for about 4 days. The trip there wasn’t that bad. I left for Ivan and that traffic was worse than this time so i was good. I got back lastnight and everything here was good but there isn’t any gas in town so cant travel in town too much. That is my Gustav story hopefully I wont have to tell an Ike story in a couple of weeks. Oh yea, I did get a workout in while i was gone just in case you were wondering

Either they claim to be super easy; these are the ones (machines) that take up space in the house. The other ones are the video tapes that claim to be fun dance moves. I understand the American waistband is expanding but these infomercials need to stop catering to america’s egos and tell them the truth that takes hard work and dedication.

As i sit here and flip through the channels to find something to watch I ask myself how is this a sport. By definition SPORT is an activity that is governed by a set of rules or customs and often engaged in competitively. Where is the competition for an animal that is minding its business. They don’t have any defense except for their home which is their terrain. If these SPORTSMEN really want to make it a competition go up to it and fight it to death then it would be a real sport. Anytime you have a gun you already have the upper edge. I just dont understand how it can be a sport when the animal being hunted has its senses as its only defense and a man with a gun is its way of winning, that makes a lot of sense to me. Oh yea, I forgot to mention the hunters also put on scents to make their ability of being caught a lot less. Remember sport involves competition, where is the competition in this?

I read recently that well defined abs are just as bad as having flabby abs as well. I havent done all my research yet but somehow i can believe that. If the muscles are too contracted it can cause some damage, i dont care what set of muslces it is that is why they tell you too stretch but in the case of your mid section, that is a very important region of the body. If you dont have that you dont have much at all. But once i do more research i will have more to say on the topic. Well as far as my quest for 2500 push ups a week didnt go to well this week. Although I have one more day to go i have only reached 900 push ups thus far so hopefully in the weeks to come i will see 2500 in a week

This week I start a 3 month transformation process. I have been weight training for about 7 yrs now and I have done a lot of reading. I here a lot about push ups. So i decided to try a push up workout for myself. When i was younger my uncle told me that he was in jail for a while (not prison). But anyway he said they had a challenge amongst themselves to do a 1000 push ups a day. i would like to make that my goal but because i have two jobs time will not allow it. But i did say i will make it a goal to do 2500 a week. It In three months I hope to see some good changes. Because these push ups will be basic, incline, decline, home made push ups bars, close grip, wide, and etc….. so i know that should make some good changes for me.

Starting tomorrow i am going on a new fast. This fast is a religious for me. On this fast i only take in liquids for 6a-6p then eat anything from 6p-6a for the next 29 days. I am not suppose to put anything in a juicer and take that as a liquid. The pastor said we should take in natural juices and I thought putting fruits and veggies is natural. But i am going to do my fruits and veggies for my juices for the day. Kool-aid and minute maid juice isnt natural.
