No weights
My new workout for the start of new year will consist of no weights. My new workout will push ups, pull ups, body rows, dips, crunches, lunges (no weights) running drills and some other exercises. This is to try to see how my body will respond to a weightless routine and also to mix it up a lil.

Cool!!!!! Always good to switch it up. You will get lean definition this way, for sure!

I like the thot of no weights but i am trying to lose the flabby thighs…I have religiously done aerobics 5 times a week different things, also stretching and I love my balance ball…..but I gained4 lbs…eating CLEAN!!! my body must have adapted and I need to mix it up too…but how to lose bf without weights I am anxious to hear how u do becuz I have disc deteriation and have problems liftng…keep me posted…and I wish you the best…in your routine and your biz…I have same passion for my biz….just noone wants to invest in nutritionist with economy….keep it up pal….Happy Holidays
