Massage
Wednesday, October 31st, 2007I know I have said for others to get massages to improve their workouts but i havent been getting them myself. I just got one today and I am going to start trading massages with one of my co workers. Massages are beneficial in many ways. But i need to start getting them so i can lift better so I can achieve the goals i have in phyiscal fitness. I have some jacked up things going on with my subscapularis, infraspanitus and my neck so hopefully i can get all that worked out and get going towards my fitness goals
