career advancement

I am a massage therapist and fitness trainer but I do very little training for others right now. I am working on getting a fitness bootcamp started to boost the fitness training and get more massage clients for clinical, medical or therapuetic massage. That is what I want to really get into because I work in a spa right now, I hate it with a passion. Because most people get into fitness to loose weight  not gain muscle and I am going to help the ones who are trying to lose. A gym isnt necessary to lose weight so I am going be independent and take it outside with the public. I am trying to my Boot camp started before the new year. It is time to change my career for a better life for me and my future for family

Great Idea

I had the greatest idea ever. i was going go swim for about 30 minutes. That quickly changed after about 10 strokes in the water. I swam 50 meters and i was tired as ever. I decided to go for another lap and almost drowned. After I almost didnt make it back to the wall I said that is it for the day. I think I may have spent 10 min in the water. It was some HS kids in there on a swim team that were acting like they were fish. And a man and woman that were in the water well before I got there and there still swimming like they just got there when i walked out the door. I was like dam. I have a new respect for all the swimmers, water polo, and tri-athletes out there. I just have to keep going back to into swimmers shape. These last few months of the year are going to be a challenge for me in the cardio dept. Running on the sand, swimming, jump rope and bench jumps are going give some good workouts for the rest of the year, i can see the fat melthing now

New Cardio workout

Next week I start my new workout plan. It isnt much different from my old one just different weight. But my cardio is going to change dramatically. Today i tested one of them. In high school it was a warm up for basketball. I said to myself " I must have been in good shape back then, because is killing me". We called them bench-jumps, where you jump back and forth over an object that comes right below your knees. I did it for about 8 min but the goal was 10 but I know i will make it. That is going to be one day a week, while swimming, and running on the beach will consume the other 2 days of cardio for the week. The swimming and bench jumps are going to get me, Dang almost forgot the jump rope, that goes with the bench jump days. I am really in for it now since I havent done neither of those in years. But that is my new cardio plan. i hope i will make it.
