Tuesday, August 28th, 2007I am a half a week away from finishing up this routine i am on ( 5X5). It has been kicking my butt. Next week I take progress pics and get new maxes for everything that I do. I am going to include swimming once a week into my new regimen though. I am looking for it to give me a good cardio and also tone my upper body without the use of weights to give my shoulder joints a rest. I went and looked at a swimming pool in the area today and I must say it looked very intimidating. It must be an olympic size pool doubled. But i am going to do it once a week to see if changes my weight and physique any. along with that I am going to hit the beach harder too. I go from time to time now but I am going to make that a once a week thing also. so that is 2 good cardio and easy on the joints exercises 2x a week. I know that pool is going to wear me out too. so wish me luck
