I think I messed up

I think I messed up in a good way today. I just started a new workout program today. i was doing some reading on the site and saw the 5×5 routine. I decided to give it a try with my own twist to it. I think it was a good mistake for me to make. I did the 5×5 but in my own sequence with some extra exercises at the end of the workout. After the chest workout I did my push-up routine that I have and after the leg section I did some walking lunges. I have never felt so exhausted after a workout in my life and felt sore right afterwards like this. I think I will stick with this for a while and see what it does for me

Today is my birthday. I went out lastnight to celebrate and got really drunk and now i am just lieing here trying to get over it. so exercise is out of the question for today. besides i am trying to save and build some strength for next week when i go for new maxes across the board. I know the alcohol binge didnt help but u only get one birthday a year and so i celebrated  a lil bit now it is back to business tomorrow.

I did some extra stuff with my workout this evening to get ready for my new max attempts next week. I got hungry for a steak omelet from casa de waffle but didnt want to spend the money so i got up and fixed my own. I made it with chicken instead it was almost as good so i am satisfied. Although it is pure protein i feel extra guilty about eating this late at night but my body was calling it so i doesnt make feel extra bad though

Pizza

I am super hungry and dont want to cook. It is taking everything in me not go and pay for pizza. that means i have to spend money and eat something i dont need. Those to two things are stopping me from doing it. I guess i will get up from here and burn something on the stove top before i starve to death
