I think I messed up
Monday, July 9th, 2007I think I messed up in a good way today. I just started a new workout program today. i was doing some reading on the site and saw the 5×5 routine. I decided to give it a try with my own twist to it. I think it was a good mistake for me to make. I did the 5×5 but in my own sequence with some extra exercises at the end of the workout. After the chest workout I did my push-up routine that I have and after the leg section I did some walking lunges. I have never felt so exhausted after a workout in my life and felt sore right afterwards like this. I think I will stick with this for a while and see what it does for me
