DIPS

I had a goal to complete 100 dips. I just completed that goal today. It came quicker than I thought it would. It was a bittersweet accomplishment  because i attained it a lot faster than i expected. My new goal is bench 350 lbs. I know that will be a much harder goal to attain so i am going to start pumping up for that

groceries

It is expensive to eat healthy. I went to the store today and bought eggs, salmon, water, some fruit, chicken breasts, some olive oil and a grilling magazine. MY BILL WAS $45. I had to look again to see if she rang me twice for something. Eating healthy is outrageuos. Why is something we are suppose to be doing anyway cost so dam much. This is getting rediculous. I am bout to start growing some of my own stuff outside. So i dont have to go the store for everything

It is hard for me not to get on the scale sometime or even not to try to get a max for myself. I have noticed some change in my physique in the past couple of weeks but I dont take new numbers until I finish a routine and I have 2 weeks left on this one. My squat reps have gone up with the weight I have been using. My Bench has stayed relatively the same but my triceps have gotten stronger, I find that very strange. I wonder if my weight has changed any and if any of my max’s have gone up. i will have to WEIGHT and see. It is hard keeping a secret from yourself.

Massage

Everyone here should try to get a massage atleast once a month, esp if you are lifting heavy. If you get massages atleast once a month it will help loosen some tight muscles and joints that will help get that one last rep you have been trying to get. It will help use better form so you can do that last rep which will inturn help get you stonger.  A massage will help flush out all the acid that has built in the muscles. It is not recommended that you get a massage on the days you workout because that could cause injury. Plus it feels good and is good for you.

Fat Burner

squats, leg curls, and extensions 60% 70% 80% 90%

barbell curls, cable curls and preacher curls 60 70 80 90%

skull crushers, rope extensions 60 70 80 90% and 55 dips

A new season

I just took a week off. I posted some measurements that just took. Hopefully within the next two months they will all increase except the waist. It is time to kick it up a notch with some serious weight training and cardio.

Break

I have been training hard since the first of the year.  I have been training 6 days a week every week.  i decided to take a break for a week to give my body a break and start fresh on monday (even harder than before). it is time to pack on some serious muscle with a better diet and better work ethics than ever
