I went to the park today to get my workout. I started out with a max set of pull ups, push ups and dips. I must say i was surprised in the Pull up dept. I did 20 pull ups where as before i was doing only fifteen in a row. By the summer time i should have 30 under my belt. I will hit 40 pull ups before i know it.

I really wanted to go run and workout today. Being that i workout at the different parks here in town I am really at the mercy of the weather. It is cold outside but I can handle that, but when i left out of church the wind blew very hard and I said that is the end of that. I still want to go but that wind is still blowing and i dont know about running in the wind

I just saw a post on youtube that was very interesting to me. And i am going to ask the question here. What do women like about men (physically)? Or what is the most attractive feature that women like about men

I got married 11-01-2008. the honeymooon was 11-02-2008 for seven days. I must say a cruise is a must for everyone. I didn’t want to come back. It was my honeymoon cruise, we went to jamaica, grand cayman and cozumel. I didn’t care for Jamaica at all but the other two were good. Now to the bad news. Before i left I weighed in at 205. When I got back I weighed in at 217. that was in just seven days. I thought i was doing ok because i exercised 4 of 7 days we were out to see but i guess i didn’t hit it hard enough. today i weighed in at 213 so the weight is coming off quick for me. It was a quite a bit of food but i didn’t think i ate that much food. BUT PLEASE EVERYONE IF YOU HAVEN’T TAKE A CRUISE SOMEWHERE

it has been about two weeks since i have worked out. I think i have good reasons (excuses). I was in Atlanta first for a weekend class then when i got back I had a busy week at work. Then the next week I had finals for my students. ( I am a massage therapy instructor). So i have had two busy weeks that consumed a lot of my time. I really dont see how ppl live their lives that busy. I need time to sit back and enjoy life everyday, not work hard 3 months and just take a week off, i need my time everyday or atleast 2 times a week. But i am going to get back at this morning I know I will be sore as ever tommorrow.

I just got back from my evacuation. If had not been for my fiance, I would have stay put where I was. We went to Dallas and stayed for about 4 days. The trip there wasn’t that bad. I left for Ivan and that traffic was worse than this time so i was good. I got back lastnight and everything here was good but there isn’t any gas in town so cant travel in town too much. That is my Gustav story hopefully I wont have to tell an Ike story in a couple of weeks. Oh yea, I did get a workout in while i was gone just in case you were wondering

Infomercials kill me. all of them INDIRECTLY claim to be the way to go to lose weight. Either they claim to be super easy; these are the ones (machines) that take up space in the house. The other ones are the video tapes that claim to be fun dance moves. I understand the American waistband is expanding but these infomercials need to stop catering to america’s egos and tell them the truth that takes hard work and dedication.

As i sit here and flip through the channels to find something to watch I ask myself how is this a sport. By definition SPORT is an activity that is governed by a set of rules or customs and often engaged in competitively. Where is the competition for an animal that is minding its business. They don’t have any defense except for their home which is their terrain. If these SPORTSMEN really want to make it a competition go up to it and fight it to death then it would be a real sport. Anytime you have a gun you already have the upper edge. I just dont understand how it can be a sport when the animal being hunted has its senses as its only defense and a man with a gun is its way of winning, that makes a lot of sense to me. Oh yea, I forgot to mention the hunters also put on scents to make their ability of being caught a lot less. Remember sport involves competition, where is the competition in this?

I read recently that well defined abs are just as bad as having flabby abs as well. I havent done all my research yet but somehow i can believe that. If the muscles are too contracted it can cause some damage, i dont care what set of muslces it is that is why they tell you too stretch but in the case of your mid section, that is a very important region of the body. If you dont have that you dont have much at all. But once i do more research i will have more to say on the topic. Well as far as my quest for 2500 push ups a week didnt go to well this week. Although I have one more day to go i have only reached 900 push ups thus far so hopefully in the weeks to come i will see 2500 in a week
