I manage the workouts on days with lack of sleep by having no choice.  With intermittent insomnia the past couple yrs, I'd miss a lot of workouts if I skipped on those days.  But sure doesn't mean I like it.......</description>

CoachT-  I would recommend P90X to anyone!  It will definitely shock your system for sure!  I've written a couple of blogs while i was on it.  I prefer doing the cardio in P90x cuz i know it kicks my butt, better that then running on a treadmill or whatever.  Trust me you won't regret trying it out!</description>

					<description>I was doing the classic and definitely doing the high reps.  My problem was i was getting as good as a burn because i don't have heavier weights on some of the shoulder and chest exercises.  I'm now looking to add more size so when i do lean out again, i'll still be HUGE! lol</description>
