End of Week 3 Keto- tomorrow’s cheat meal will be EPIC!
I’m on last day of Week 3 on Keto. I can’t wait for my cheat day tomorrow! A friend of mine went to Canada and brought me back some Canadian chocolates (Coffee Crisp, Crunchie, Smarties) and All-Dress Potatos chips. If you haven’t tried those before, they are AMAZING! I will partake of those tomorrow! HAHA
So progress seems to be slow and steady. Yesterday, weighed myself and it said 162. NOT BAD! I’m skeptical cuz i always teeter 1-2 lbs. So i’ll check again this afternoon and if i’m still there, i’ll take it! My abs are slowly coming in!
Halloween is a week away and i’ve come to realization that i probably won’t be as cut as i had hoped, but this is still good. I’ll be wearing white underarmor as part of my costume, so i want my muscles to bulge in it! Minus the stomach bulge. I’ll be posting pictures! When I was researching online for my costume, it had a bunch of not so fit people trying to pull it off. One thing for sure is i’ll look better than those guys! HA! Thanks to the tips of BB.com! (like my plug?) HAhaH!

I manage the workouts on days with lack of sleep by having no choice. With intermittent insomnia the past couple yrs, I’d miss a lot of workouts if I skipped on those days. But sure doesn’t mean I like it…….
