NEW WORKOUT!!! 3-Day Split
Well i thought i could handle the 5×5… but it is waaay to complicated for me right now…
So here it is… 3 day Pull Push leg split with cardio videos from P90X in between:
Mon:Back & Biceps w/ Deadlift
Tues: Plyometrics
Wed:Chest & triceps w/ Squat
Thurs: CardioX/Kenpo Karate
Fri: Leg, Shoulders, Calves
Sat/Sun: Rest
I’ll run this until October where I will start another cylce of P90X where I will have a new ripped bod by 2010!!

I’m w/ you Neal. I try not to make it too complicated. Esp on the diet front. No way I’d stick w/ it if I was into the nitty gritty of counting calories, grams, etc. Good luck w/ the new routine.

So would you say that p90x is a good choice for cardio? I have never used it before but I am getting a copy this weekend. Just want your personal opinion.

CoachT- I would recommend P90X to anyone! It will definitely shock your system for sure! I’ve written a couple of blogs while i was on it. I prefer doing the cardio in P90x cuz i know it kicks my butt, better that then running on a treadmill or whatever. Trust me you won’t regret trying it out!
