New workout split
So i pretty much completed P90X… I was only able to do 2 weeks of Phase II because I went on vacation. I lost 10 lbs and got a good amount of definition in my muscles. Looking at my vacay pics i still want to gain some good mass, so looking for a new workout split. Don’t get me wrong P90X is some serious stuff, I just don’t have the cashflow to purchase heavier weights in order for me to gain mass. I’ll definitely go back to it when i want to cut again!
I’ve been doing some research and I’m going to do 4 day upper/lower body split. I got an example from one of the articles on the supersite page and we’ll see how it goes. I’ll start monday. If anyone else has a great split let me know. I’ll probably hit up the forums as well…..

where you doing the lean phase or the classic, because in order to get more definition you can just increase the reps of your sets without increasing the weight of the dumbells.

I was doing the classic and definitely doing the high reps. My problem was i was getting as good as a burn because i don’t have heavier weights on some of the shoulder and chest exercises. I’m now looking to add more size so when i do lean out again, i’ll still be HUGE! lol
