NEW WORKOUT!!! 3-Day Split
Thursday, August 27th, 2009Well i thought i could handle the 5×5… but it is waaay to complicated for me right now…
So here it is… 3 day Pull Push leg split with cardio videos from P90X in between:
Mon:Back & Biceps w/ Deadlift
Tues: Plyometrics
Wed:Chest & triceps w/ Squat
Thurs: CardioX/Kenpo Karate
Fri: Leg, Shoulders, Calves
Sat/Sun: Rest
I’ll run this until October where I will start another cylce of P90X where I will have a new ripped bod by 2010!!
