Phase II Recovery Week
Monday, July 27th, 2009Last week of Phase II means recovery. Taking a break from the traditional weight workouts, but still doing the cardio. I figured, i’m going to hit the gym and throw in some heavy weights to twist things up. Oh man, my strength went down for sure! I’ve been doing such high reps for so long that my heavy and low reps got affected. Oh well. I definitely see more cuts in my body though! It felt great to push heavier weights again! Will post Phase II pics by the end of the week!
