Aquatica

Went to Aquatica today…

Abs still not popping, feel bloated from going out yesterday with some old friends and had a few beers (cheat meal).  I think if i quit drinking beer, my abs would’ve been here by now.  My original goal for abs was April 1st.  So… i think im going on a beer fast add more cardio and keep up with a more strict healthy eating.  I have three weeks until Costa Rica!

Back with the living

My stint working nights sucked…. I’m so happy to be back among the living.  I’m back on a regular schedule, so my eating and working out is all back to normal.  This is the last week of sets of 10 for my HST workout.  I’m still off the White Flood.  I’m only taking protein and BCAA’s for my workouts.  I think next week i’m going to be back on it and add some creatine for 3 weeks to get a mini-bulk going on.  Then the last week do a good cut, so i’ll be sexy for all the chicitas in Costa rica!  LOL

Back with the living

Friday, April 3rd, 2009

Tonight will be last evening shift for a bit… i’m so glad.  Staying up makes me feel like a bum when i am awake.  I’m glad i didn’t slip on my diet and workouts.  Everyone looks at me weird when i bring my lunch and see me munching on nuts, brocolli, yogurt, and chiken breast instead of eaing the catered food and chocolates and snacks.

I’m still off the White Flood and am getting ready for a workout this afternoon.  I feel a little week without it, but i don’t want to have to rely on it to get a good workout.  I’ll still be sipping on the Purple Wraath though.  I like this rep range of 10 the best.  After next week, dropping it to 5!  I’m going to need te White Flood then!  LOL
