Graveyard Shift
So i just woke up from working the night shift this week. We have a special project going on where i volunteered (lucky me) to do nights this week. I hope it doesn’t mess up my normal eating and working out schedule. I gotta do a lot of planning and scheduling so i don’t mess up.
I’ve started taking CL Reduction to try and cut the last couple of pounds and finally get to see those abs. I haven’t tried fatburners since last year with Lipo 6 and i dropped about 10 lbs then. But i don’t know if it was just cuz i took them or becuz it was more of an overall better diet and workout combination.
I seem to be losing weight, but i don’t want to lose muscle! I want abs, but not at the expense of losing all the other hard earned muscles!
